سياسة الخصوصيةPrivacy Policy

عند إنشاء حساب واستخدام التطبيق، قد نجمع:When you create an account and use the app, we may collect:

• الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني.Name and email address.
• رقم الجوال (إن أضفته لملفك الشخصي).Phone number (if you add it to your profile).
• بيانات محفظتك: القطع، الأوزان، العيارات، وتواريخ الشراء التي تدخلها بنفسك.Portfolio data: pieces, weights, karats, and purchase dates you enter yourself.
• بيانات استخدام مجهّلة الهوية: كيف تُستخدم شاشات التطبيق وأزراره، لتحسين التجربة. لا تُعرّفك شخصياً.Anonymous usage data: how app screens and buttons are used, to improve the experience. It does not personally identify you.

• إنشاء حسابك وحفظ محفظتك ومزامنتها عبر أجهزتك.Create your account and save & sync your portfolio across devices.
• حساب زكاتك وعرض قيمة مقتنياتك وأرباحها.Calculate your Zakat and show your holdings' value and profit.
• تحسين التطبيق وفهم كيف يُستخدم (عبر بيانات مجهّلة الهوية).Improve the app and understand how it's used (via anonymous data).
• التواصل معك حول حسابك عند الحاجة (مثل استعادة كلمة المرور).Contact you about your account when needed (e.g. password reset).

• اتصالات مشفّرة عند نقل بياناتك.Encrypted connections when transferring your data.
• تُخزَّن بياناتك على خوادم سحابية آمنة، مع ضوابط وصول محدودة.Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with restricted access.
• لا نطّلع على كلمات مرورك، وتُخزَّن بشكل مُعمّى.We never see your passwords; they are stored hashed.

لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها لأي طرف. قد تُعالَج بياناتك فقط عبر مزوّدي الخدمات الضروريين لتشغيل التطبيق (مثل التخزين السحابي وأدوات تحليل الاستخدام المجهّلة)، وذلك ضمن حدود تقديم الخدمة فقط.We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Your data may only be processed by service providers essential to running the app (such as cloud storage and anonymous usage-analytics tools), strictly to provide the service.

تُجلب أسعار الذهب والفضة من مزوّد أسعار خارجي، ولا تُرسل أي من معلوماتك الشخصية إليه.Gold and silver prices are fetched from an external price provider; none of your personal information is sent to it.

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطاً. عند حذف حسابك، تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية ومحفظتك من أنظمتنا، أو تُجهّل بحيث لا تعود معرفة بك، خلال مدة معقولة (باستثناء ما يلزمنا الاحتفاظ به قانونياً).We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and portfolio are removed from our systems, or anonymized so they no longer identify you, within a reasonable period (except what we are legally required to retain).

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، يحق لك:Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• الاطّلاع على بياناتك الشخصية.Access your personal data.
• تصحيح بياناتك أو تحديثها.Correct or update your data.
• طلب حذف بياناتك.Request deletion of your data.

خزينة موجّه للبالغين، وغير مخصّص لمن هم دون سن الثامنة عشرة. لا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات شخصية من الأطفال. إن علمنا أن حساباً أُنشئ من قِبل طفل دون هذه السن، سنحذف الحساب وبياناته. إن كنت ولي أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك أنشأ حساباً، راسلنا على البريد أدناه ونتولّى الأمر.Khazina is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that an account was created by a child under this age, we will delete the account and its data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, email us at the address below and we will take care of it.

قد نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر. سنحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلى الصفحة مع أي تعديل، ويُعتبر استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث موافقة على السياسة المحدّثة.We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top with any change, and your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
