تطبيق «خزينة» (المشغّل من قِبل خزينة الذهب الرقمية) هو أداة لتتبّع أسعار الذهب والفضة، وإدارة محفظة شخصية للمقتنيات الثمينة، وحساب الزكاة بشكل تقديري. نحترم خصوصيتك، وتوضّح هذه السياسة أنواع المعلومات التي نجمعها، وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها. Khazina (operated by Khazina Al-Dhahab Al-Raqamiya) is a tool for tracking gold and silver prices, managing a personal portfolio of precious holdings, and estimating Zakat. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, and how we use and protect it.

معلومات الحسابAccount information

عند إنشاء حساب، قد نجمع: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال، الدولة والمدينة، الجنس، وتاريخ الميلاد. تُستخدم هذه المعلومات لإنشاء حسابك وتخصيص تجربتك. When you create an account, we may collect: name, email address, phone number, country and city, gender, and date of birth. This information is used to create your account and personalize your experience.

بيانات المحفظةPortfolio data

المعلومات التي تُدخلها عن مقتنياتك (النوع، الوزن، العيار، سعر الشراء، تاريخ الشراء، وصور الفواتير إن أضفتها) تُحفظ لعرض قيمة محفظتك وحساب الزكاة. Information you enter about your holdings (type, weight, karat, purchase price, purchase date, and invoice photos if you add them) is stored to display your portfolio value and calculate Zakat.

الدخول كضيفGuest access

يمكنك استخدام التطبيق كضيف لعرض الأسعار دون إنشاء حساب. في هذه الحالة لا نجمع أي معلومات شخصية، ولا تتوفّر ميزتا المحفظة والزكاة. You may use the app as a guest to view prices without creating an account. In this case we collect no personal information, and the Portfolio and Zakat features are not available.

كيف نستخدم معلوماتكHow We Use Your Information

• لتشغيل حسابك وحفظ محفظتك ومزامنتها عبر أجهزتك.To run your account and store/sync your portfolio across your devices.
• لحساب قيمة محفظتك وزكاتك بشكل تقديري.To estimate your portfolio value and Zakat.
• لتخصيص العرض (مثل اللغة والعملة المفضّلة).To personalize the display (such as your preferred language and currency).
• لتحسين التطبيق ومعالجة الأخطاء التقنية.To improve the app and resolve technical issues.

لا نستخدم معلوماتك لأي أغراض تسويقية أو إعلانية.We do not use your information for any marketing or advertising purposes.

التخزين والأمانStorage & Security

تُخزَّن بيانات حسابك ومحفظتك بشكل آمن عبر خدمة Supabase (مزوّد بنية تحتية سحابية). نتّخذ إجراءات معقولة لحماية معلوماتك، لكن لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي نظام إلكتروني بنسبة 100%. Your account and portfolio data are stored securely via Supabase (a cloud infrastructure provider). We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no electronic system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

تُجلب أسعار الذهب والفضة من خدمة خارجية (gold-api.com). لا تُرسل أي من معلوماتك الشخصية إلى مزوّد الأسعار. Gold and silver prices are fetched from a third-party service (gold-api.com). None of your personal information is sent to the price provider.

مشاركة المعلوماتInformation Sharing

لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها لأي طرف. قد تُعالَج بياناتك فقط عبر مزوّدي الخدمات الضروريين لتشغيل التطبيق (مثل Supabase للتخزين)، وذلك ضمن حدود تقديم الخدمة فقط. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Your data may only be processed by service providers essential to running the app (such as Supabase for storage), strictly for the purpose of providing the service.

قد نكشف المعلومات إذا تطلّب القانون ذلك أو استجابةً لطلب قانوني رسمي. We may disclose information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request.

حقوقكYour Rights

• الوصول والتعديل: يمكنك عرض وتعديل معلوماتك الشخصية من داخل التطبيق (شاشة الإعدادات).Access & edit: You can view and edit your personal information within the app (Settings screen).
• حذف الحساب: يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالتواصل معنا عبر البريد أدناه.Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at the email below.
• سحب الموافقة: يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف بياناتك في أي وقت.Withdraw consent: You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time.

خصوصية الأطفالChildren's Privacy

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات منهم. The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.

إخلاء مسؤوليةDisclaimer

الأسعار وحسابات الزكاة المعروضة في التطبيق هي لأغراض الاسترشاد والمعلومات فقط، وقد تختلف عن الأسعار الفعلية في السوق. لا يُعدّ التطبيق استشارة مالية أو دينية أو استثمارية، ويُنصح بالرجوع إلى الجهات المختصة للقرارات المهمة. The prices and Zakat calculations shown in the app are for guidance and informational purposes only, and may differ from actual market prices. The app does not constitute financial, religious, or investment advice; please consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
